We are a couple who have a combined income of 1.10lakh. I earn +15-20k in my side gigs. We have a Total expense of 50-60 k including all the emis etc., we have close to 50+ k available for investments.

We would go debt free in the next 2 months. We have our emergency cash saved up.

We have 2 big expenses coming up. 1 is buying a car and the second is buying land.

How and where should I start my investments and savings ? please guide me.
