Starting April 28 they have started to move the funds in scattered crypto wallets (riscoin deposit address) into a single wallet and currently has about 700k USDT, and is a part of an even bigger wallet that has 7million USDT.
That means your riscoin app is never connected to a crypto wallet in the first place and the USDT is not real.
They will not let you withdraw the fund in your trade but will still let you withdraw the ones in exchange.
Stop recruiting. It IS HIGHLY POSSIBLE that it will all collapse in May 8.
