I recently booked a trip with spirit airlines and purchased insurance. They canceled our flight and refunded the insurance purchase as a credit. I have been asking for a refund to my credit card and NOT as a credit. The airline is obviously shutdown so I can't use that credit anymore. I called travel guard and they just keep having me submit claims. Is it worth to dispute with my CC company?
