We had "dress your decade" day at work today. A co-worker took my picture to post to the work FB group with the others who participated. When I looked at the pics, I couldn't believe it. I look at myself everyday. I know my clothes fit looser but as a chronic comfy clothes lover, most of my clothes are stretchy so I haven't dropped any sizes. I know the #s on the scales go down. I was 331lb in Aug and I'm 287lb nows, so 44lbs difference but I just didn't see it until that picture today. I went through my phone reel to find a pic from before around August and WOW, the difference! So here's to cameras showing you what you never see, whether it's for good or bad! 🍻
