Where should I Relocate?
Hey everyone!
Me ( F/25) and my partner (M/26) are currently living in the Balkans and are considering moving to a different country in Europe because of long-term prospects and quality of life.
We are happy with our life right now, but we know for a fact it will be difficult when we're in our 40-50s, let alone retirement here, with the prices rising and the support being miniscule.
We are both freelancers, and make around 3k euros combined, we live together. He works in IT/Product and I work in marketing but am Interested in making a side hustle out of music/content/art.
I enjoy music, I play instruments and sing, we both enjoy nature and we are alternative. He likes board games and RPGs.
I was wondering if there was a country/city in Europe that you'd recommend for us.
So far, out of all the countries we visited, we liked Sweden, Czechia and Poland most, and disliked Austria the most. That being said, we haven't travelled in every country, so I would appreciate recommendations so that we could maybe plan a trip and eventually move there.
Any insight is more than welcome!
Edit: The amount we make now will change if we go to a more expensive country, as we plan on getting jobs there and scaling freelance on the side:)
