Your experience with having a working mom
If you grew up with a working mom, did you or do you feel any type of negative feelings towards the fact that your mom worked instead of being a SAHM? As a working mom I think I have so much guilt around being a working parent and sending my kid to daycare thinking how she would be better off if I was home with her (realistically she wouldn’t because we need my income to support our lifestyle), but I grew up with a working mom and tbh I don’t think I’ve ever really spent much time thinking about how life would have been better if she was a SAHM. So I wonder if this is just an internal battle and not something that kids really think much about. Curious what others perspectives on this are if you also grew up with a working mom.
