Deciding between two places -

TikTok offers much higher compensation ($45+), but much less certainty for a return offer;
S&P has a better return pipeline, but lower compensation ($25-35).

Both AI product - Tiktok = consumer ai product, and S&P = enterprise ai product.

Wondering which company would be a better name for new grad recruiting in case I don't get a return offer. Thanks in advance for the input!
