I think I will use a Ribeye steak, but how much? Maybe 150g/per serving? If so, is it too thin for cooking? (I will buy a 300g piece from the butcher)
Should I make a wine-based sauce, and what should I add to make it look romantic and kinda(kinda) fancy?
I will make the steak medium; medium-rare is a bit too much for her.
Any tips will be awesome! (the lighting, finishing touches, the type of Ribeye)
