We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, lead generation, and setting up high-quality meetings that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Schedule and coordinate sales calls and meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria before booking appointments
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
• Report directly to the CEO, with hands-on involvement in strategic sales initiatives and client engagement
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with potential clients
• Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work on-site full-time
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work
