I had 2 backlogs in 3-1 semester, but I cleared both in 3-2. I got selected for TCS Prime role and already filled the survey link.
Will I still be eligible for the role, or can they reject me during background verification because of the backlogs?
Also, has anyone with cleared backlogs successfully joined TCS Prime?
Got selected for TCS Prime recently. Currently I’m working at Infosys as a trainee and it’s been around one month since joining.
During TCS BGC/document upload, they are asking for:
- Relieving letter
- 3 months payslips
- Experience letter
Since I joined Infosys very recently as a trainee, I obviously don’t have these documents yet.
For anyone who was in a similar situation:
- Did TCS still proceed with onboarding/joining?
- Are these documents mandatory right now?
- Will I get the joining letter only after uploading all these documents?
- Did you submit any alternative documents instead?
Would appreciate genuine responses from people who experienced this recently.
