14900hx Undervolting on Lenovo Legion Pro 7i

Short recording of Cinebench R23 Benching with my Current settings

Hello everyone, recently I've gone down the extensive rabbit hole of GPU and CPU optimizations. After much trial and error I was able to find good results. I am doing all of this on a pretty clean slate laptop that has been setup with a debloated image of Win11 from MicroWin. My general question is what I can do to push my results even further.

I am also running MSI Afterburner, 2480 @ 900mv, with 900 MHz memory clock on my RTX 4080.

I am running the following Throttle stop settings, I have not changed any TPL settings in TS:

I am running 38/16 efficiency core ratio and a 120 mv offset at 800mv for extra UV.

To find those values and settings I used a spreadsheet and tracked each point to find the sweet spot. My core issue is thermal throttling with p-core 0 when I push the thermal limits, it seems to be a preferred core. Here are the tables I made:
