Hey guys,

Looking for a 1BHK (unfurnished) on rent:

- Budget: ₹20k max
- Car parking required
- Proper society with lift (not old 4–5 floor buildings)

Work location: Sector 17, Vashi

Need something close to harbour line station (CSMT side).
Okay with 30–40 min commute, but want to avoid auto + train + auto.

A friend suggested Silver Crest near Khandeshwar station — ~20–25 mins to Vashi by train.

- Is Khandeshwar/Kamothe a good option?
- Or should I look at other areas in this budget?
- I know Vashi/Nerul/Belapur are expensive, so what’s realistic?

Would appreciate area/society suggestions 🙏
