OINP ISS - Low wage level criterion
Hi Everyone,
I recently got an ITA from Employer Job Offer: International Students Stream (ISS). But I got to know today, that my current wage is not met the low wage level criterion for my NOC in Windsor-Sarnia region where I am working.
Actually what has happened is the Job Bank has updated the wages in November, 2025. This criterion was met when my employer creates the job offer in the OINP portal and when I submits the EOI in September, 2025. However, by the time that I get the invitation, low wage has gone up which is now more than my hourly wage.
At this moment, I have submitted my documents and paid the application fee. Do you think that I or my employer should provide a letter of explanation via a webform regarding this? Or else, am I good on this since, I met this criterion which is relevant for the job offer when we submits the EOI?
Can anyone who was in the same situation comment your experience/advice please?
