I added Smile because it’s one of the more popular options and setup was quick. No issues getting it live and it looks clean on the store so I get why people go with it.

But after letting it run for a while it just fades into the background. Customers don’t really interact with it unless they go out of their way, and most don’t. Points pile up but they don’t feel valuable enough to drive another purchase.

It kind of ends up sitting there doing nothing while still costing money and giving out small discounts here and there. Feels like one of those things that sounds good but doesn’t really change anything once it’s live.
