Bloodwork- follow up on Wednesday

From End of Jan, I still feel like shit, probably even worse in the last week.

Could I get an infusion with these numbers?

crashed and feel like I can’t do anything

Back story- I’ve probably always been iron deficient. 6 was Ferratin before my ablation surgery. Which was the best thing I ever did. Then it went to a 21 in December, but I literally feel like it’s low again.

I crashed the other day. Just BAM. Lower back pain, felt like sandbags on legs, ringing in ears for a bit now, out of breath going up steps, forgetting stuff I was just about to do, almost passed out standing up the other day, skin looks drained, I have to lay down like every couple hours, cold feet ( going away tho) and just so much fatigueeeeeee ugh.

I will be on a wait list for a hematologist for months. I started supplementing again. I have two little kids and I’m just not able to keep up, I feel bad. I haven’t been able to exercise.

Is it normal to just crash out like this?

I think I haven’t been getting the nutrients I need hence the drop.

I’m taking hemaplex, 1 a day, it’s 85mg of iron and literally everything else I need.

Any other suggestions to get it boosted? When did you all feel better after supplements?

Also- vertigo up and down episodes, skin feel nervy too
