My screen

I have recently bought a pre-built pc. It comes with a display cooler and i cant seem to get it to display anything. I don't have the tab for the display pictures. I have installed and repaired .net framework many times and restarted my pc and everything. Nothing i do has worked and i really want to get the tab. The cpu cooler is fine just no tab for the picture.
