I’m looking for any Resident’s Assistants* at SBU that has been fired or has successfully appealed firing. To help other RAs, any information you’re willing to share about the reasons behind firing, the process, and what you said in your appeal would be useful. Hopefully we can make a case about inconsistent conduct and wrongful termination leading to housing insecurity at SBU to prevent this from happening more than it already has. Additionally, if you’re willing to share specific information about RAs who have similar or worse conduct records and were NOT terminated or given job action, that would be so helpful.
