Hi

Bought a flat last year and the garden was in great shape.

I aerated with hollow tine fork, overseed and topsoil in Easter.

It grew ok , and I mow last Friday.

However some parts almost didn’t grow at all. The grass is very short there. Other parts look like dry already.

Any suggestions? I’m quite lost on this, like should I feed or something?

Have to say that one side is next to a neighbour that has an abandoned garden and vine weeds come close to that area
