I’m currently working as a Chief of Staff at a Series B startup, mostly on strategy and operations. Before this, I spent ~7 years in investment banking strategy at a large global bank.

Lately I’ve been thinking about my next move and which direction I should head into, and feeling a bit unsure about how my profile is coming across and is not having an MBA a blocker?

A lot of roles I’m looking at (strategy, corporate, consulting) seem to prefer MBAs.

Would really appreciate hearing from people who’ve been through something similar, or any advise on my potential next step in the career.

If anyone has any references for roles, or any opportunities in mind-would love the support
