Did mana leech get nerfed on the test server?
I was testing a hunt on werecreatures and noticed that mana leech seems to have decreased. Even the innate bonus from the Wand of Cosmic Energy, which should be 5 mana per hit, was only returning 1 mana. Was there an announcement about this that I missed, or is it a bug?
