I'm a 19 year-lld male and I've been using the Ulike X Ipl on my Privates since October and Chest/Stomach since Novemeber. My routine was 3x/week for 4wks, 2x/week for 2wks, 1x/2wks for 6wks, then monthly touchups.
My privates initially responded pretty well, but a couple dark hairs stated to grow back on the pubix mound. I've began treating them once a week for the past 10 weeks to try to get rid of them and I've seen vitually no progress. Now, I'm seeing darker hairs growing back on the sides of my butt and I'm worried that I'm going to go back to how I was before IPL. Idk if the device is becoming weaker or what but I've been keeping up with my monthlly touchups yet this is still happening to me.
On ym chest/stomach, the hairs never really fully disappeared from there, especially towards the middle. Right now, it's patchy, but there's still many dark hairs around the belly button. Again, I've been doing weekly sessions for 9-10 weeks and it doesn't look like anything's changing. I'm starting to think that when I shave the hair goes below the skin and that's why it's not working but honeslty I don't know.
If somebody could give me advice or if they've experienced this same issue please let me know what worked. thank youso much
