Hello all!. I’m from out of state with many years of experience. I like being busy, having my board stacked with interesting calls, and not having a boss breathe down my neck.

I’m in the process for Pinellas and Pasco and I’m seeking a little guidance. I’ve done some research, including ride alongs. Both agencies seem to have incredible growth opportunities. Pinellas has significantly better pay, but Pasco has outer carriers which has proven to be worth its weight in gold in terms of relieving back pain.

What is the culture like in these agencies? What agency do you recommend?
