I think AIMA messed up my case - what do I do?
I am freaking out and need advice in case anyone can provide some.
I had a renewal appointment at AIMA for Article-15. For context: I had my initial residency for 2 years only instead of 5 because my wife's CRUE was approved for 2 years only. She got her CRUE for 3 more years, and then I had to renew my temporary residency for 3 more years. All clear.
Now, today I had my appointment (my wife was not allowed to come in) and the lady working at AIMA on my case made me fill a form which I did in front of her. I specifically selected the option "Cartao de Residencia (CR) - Art 15" and she said it was not that one, that it was "CR Permanente - Art 17". And proceeded to mark this option herself and process this on her end.
I was not 100% I was sure, so I let her, but now I realized this was a mistake and it was indeed the Cartao for Article 15. My wife doesn't even have permanent residency herself.
What the hell do I do now? Help!
