Off season crops

I play on fs22 console with seasonal growth. I farm corn for silage, I’m not finding a good crop for the 4 months of off season. Is it possible to grow something in the off season? I want to profit more annually from my own fields. I thought about grass but that only leaves me 1-2 months of growth for the grass, not reaching max yield. I don’t enjoy having my fields empty for that long. I do have a seeder I initially bought for contracts. I make an average of 20k from various contracts every month (2 day months) but pay loans 11.5k (my owns system) leaving me with roughly 8k profit every month. I made 124k from my last silage sale. I don’t have time for contracts on planting and harvesting months. After repairs and other miscellaneous expenses I’d say I net about 190k annually. Is this normal to be starting your 3rd year? Or is this high and I’m just being impatient? I mostly want to make more since I’m 115k in debt and the bank won’t loan me out more than 250k until my financial situation improves. I’d like to get sheep that’s why grass initially sparked my interest for feed for the year and any excess will be silage. A bonus would be my pasture would be right next to one of my fields. What would be my best option? Open to all options and opinions

Rules I have to follow
-Total loan debt amount can’t surpass 250k currently 115k
-I can add days to the month but am not allowed empty days, half days at shortest
-I can lease equipment 1 month minimum requirement
-unable to buy more land due to already having a land loan 49k left

Owned equipment
2 tractors 1 large and 1 small with front loader att
Seeder and planter
Forage harvester w header and trailer w collector
Roller
Weed sprayer
Fertilizer spreader
Cultivar
Smallest trailer
Mower (was a good deal)
