I have developed an injury to my left (weaker, non-dominant arm) elbow - pinching pain in when lowering to chaturangas around where the tricep muscle connects.

I chcked the alignment with my teacher and everything should be fine... As chaturanga is quite essential part of ashtanga, my practice has become difficult - no chance I could do sun saluations at the beginning without bringing my knees down anymore.

Any recovery tips?
