For reference; the crosswalk I use daily has a no park zone in front of it so people in the crosswalk can see oncoming cars.

this one guy keeps parking there. I’ve contacted the city, they do nothing. I had cones put up, and this guy actually moved them to park in this zone (or ran them over).

It’s on a public street but what are my options?? I keep almost getting hit by cars because of them.
