Any help much appreciated!! I’ve booked accommodation for March 2027 and the payment has been taken out of my account on the 22nd of April but no existing reservation shows. I’ve sent two separate emails asking for help but I’ve heard nothing back so far I’m just worried the accommodation hasn’t been officially booked but the payment has been taken.
