Hi everyone,

I got transferred to the Bangalore office, which is in Whitefield. I’m looking for a decent 1RK or 1BHK within a budget of around ₹15k/month.

Requirements:

• Safe area for a bachelor and not too much security deposit.
• Good water and electricity situation
• Reasonable commute to Whitefield
• Semi-furnished is enough(only need fan and fridge), if not its not an issue
• Standalone buildings are completely fine

I’m okay with older flats as long as the place is clean and not overpriced. If anyone has leads, broker contacts with low brokerage, or owner listings, please DM me or comment here.

Also open to suggestions for nearby areas with better rent/value, as I am not familiar with Bangalore. I'll be needing the house from June.( I can up the budget a bit if i like the condo)
