Hi! We’re travelling round trip Toronto to Manila with formula-fed twins. Can anyone advise on the baby formula/liquid exemptions for the Philippines? I believe in Canada and the US, TSA and CATSA waive the 100ml limit for any liquids relating to feeding babies (as in ready-to-feed formula or water for powdered formula). Does the Philippines do the same thing both coming in and leaving the country? I ask because I’ve spoken to three different PAL contact centre agents and this is the advice I got:

- Two said I am allowed to bring formula/water for the flight up to a “reasonable amount” as long as each bottle doesn’t exceed 100ml

- One said I am NOT allowed to bring water at all but I can bring pre-prepared formula as long as it’s separated into 100ml per bottle

I’m really hoping someone can clarify! Thanks!
