Am I eating too much?

I'm 21F, 5'2-5'3" and 120lb. I would say on average I eat 1600-1800 a day, 90-120g protein, 170-230g carbs, and 50-60g fat. I am very active, averaging 20-25k steps a day, and I run 6 times a week, averaging about 30-40 miles a week. Am I eating too much? I have unwanted fat/jiggly areas, especially on my thighs. Body recomp time, maybe? I don't like lifting and much prefer cardio, hence why I run. I have gained about 5lbs the past 6 months, but I'm not sure if dropping weight is what I need. I have recently been seeing abs, so I must be doing something right.
