I have a Master’s in Health Services Administration (Dec 2025) and a Bachelor’s in Health Science (2019), but for the past two years I’ve struggled to land a job or even get interviews.

I have experience in public health and worked as an Assistant Program Manager at a hospital through a contract company. My original goal was to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, but finding an AIT position has been extremely difficult.

I recently enrolled in an MBA program and wanted to get some honest feedback—do you think an MBA will actually improve my job prospects?

For context, I’m also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, OSHA 30 certified, and I’ve passed the core exam to be an Assisted Living Administrator in Florida. Despite all of this, I’m still not having luck finding a job.

Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
