Steps:

1. you need to have this gray line in my case or something that allows you to open multiple apps like the image shown.
2. Open another app with that while using a restricted on time app (if you can open an app that you have infinite time on then it won't count time at all)
3. Minimise the app as much as you can

Downsides:

1. Less ram availability
2. A space on your screen you can't use
3. I think that is it yeah.
