How do you answer the question regarding availability for an interview? How many time slots should one offer and over which period of time? I mean like from tommorrow or it could be over two next weeks? Could you please advice what is appropriate in the American context.

If an American Uni adverices a possition with a remark that it does not sponsor H-1B Visa, does it mean that those candidates who would need that Visa are automatically disqualified?
