The Devs at least tried to make you work for easter egg path by requiring you to have less divisions than France and Russia (functionally just France since its really easy to have less divs than Russia) but the fact that you can hide nearly 200 divisions ready to deploy at any moment makes it kinda trivial.

Also by the time France actually gets you to pop the event you've lost all of your debuffs and the French Front is far far wider than simply alsace/Belgium allowing you to encircle and kill the whole thing pretty easily
