Hello, I was admitted to Barnard during RD but for quite a while I haven't decided where I want to go to college. When I got my acceptance I was really happy but the financial aid package was honestly terrible. I never expected Barnard to cost 102k in total and before I sent in a appeal I only received 6k in grant. With my revised letter I received 11k but I'm expected to pay 90k. There is no way I'm graduating Barnard with out going into debt but I have no idea how much debt i'll be in. It really hurts my heart because I worked hard in high school for these past 4 years but now I may have to turn it down due to the cost. Is there anything I can do besides applying for scholarships to get more aid? Does Barnard have any alumni program where they pay for student's undergraduate education? Thank you!
