As I said in the title this is a general tier list mostly from an attacker pov, it'll look a little different for anomoly and rupture

SSS - Hugo: Absolutely broken. Insane for all DPS classes. Enemies being defeated after a certain HP is broken and saved my ass countless times. Far above the others and it's not even close

S - Lighter: When you play on High difficulty enemies have extremely high daze resistance so stunning is extremely hard but with Lighter you only need 2 ults to stun a boss. Pair this with increase stun time or dmg multiplyer and he becomes even more broken

Nicole: Almost every enemy will have miasma so the huge amount of def shred helps non rupture DPS a lot. She's even more valuable if you have an agent with a real good chain attack such as Evelyn or Hugo. Pair her with a def shred weapon or mindscape and you're basically playing a psuedo rupture team. For Rupture she's the worst as she does nothing for them

A - Trigger: I find Trigger to be a worse stun aux agent than Lighter. You need 3-4 to stun a boss and the stun dmg multiplyer isn't that good when there's gear that you can get for lighter. Still solid

Manato - Depending on what you choose in the difficulty or what the specialty of the week is if your HP is constantly low he's pretty amazing. Because of your low HP, he charges extremely fast and heals you on top of that. The longest buff too. He's very good for survivability. He's not that good for anomoly because he buffs crit dmg

Orphie - very dependent on how broken your DPS ultimate are. Tbh the only character where she's S tier is YSG and that's because of her transformation. Her level up skills aren't that great either. Even when I paired this with Dialyn's double ult gear I still found Hugo significantly better

C - Rina: I'm sorry but Rina sucks. There's been many times where I die to a boss because timer ran out. She becomes decent at level 3 which is not that great if you have to get her at level 3. She needs her duration to last at least 5 seconds more if she wants to become decent

Caesar: Caesar tries to do everything and just is way worse than at it than everyone else. Want daze? Go for Lighter. Want Survivability? Go for Manato. Want damage? Go for Hugo

Anomaly agents: had to use trial agents for these and we all know trial builds are dog shit but Vivian is clearly better than Burnice so if you're playing anomoly I would put Vivian around S-A tier and Burnice around A-C tier

Burnice - Fire resistant anomaly bosses

Lighter - Way too fucking niche got powercrept in teams he was absolutely busted in

Ju Fufu - got absolutely powercrept in 3 patches

Orphie - Way too niche even more so than Lighter and that's saying a lot

Banyue - Nerfed while Dialyn remained absolutely broken and was sacrificed for YSG's banner aka shortened banner time

Soldier 11 - Shafted in OBOL story

Manato - A rank
