Is anyone else facing these two issues with Airtel recently?

1. Unauthorized Caller Tune Activation

   From yesterday, people calling my number are hearing an Airtel caller tune even though I never activated or subscribed to any caller tune service. I did not provide any consent for this change.

2. Unable to Call Consumer Helpline Numbers

   Airtel network is also not connecting calls to Department of Consumer Affairs – National Consumer Helpline (NCH 2.0) numbers:

- 1915

- 1800 11 4000

Calls either fail, do not connect, or disconnect automatically.

Would like to know if this is happening only for me or if other Airtel users are also facing the same problems.
