\- Dammam, Saudi Arabia: 25k SAR/month + family health insurance + yearly tickets for wife & 2 kids + family iqama fees covered

\- Kuwait: 2000 KWD/month with no extra benefits

Family of 4. Main priorities are savings, quality of life, schools, stability, and overall family comfort.
