Should I repaint my i20 door or try paint correction first? Scratch assessment needed

Scratched my new white i20 today and wanted some advice before I decide between polishing or repainting.

Initially there was a lot of paint transfer/scuffing, but a Hyundai body shop worker applied some compound and most of the transfer marks came off. Now what’s left are mostly these scratches that are mainly visible under bright sunlight.

The body shop says the whole panel/door needs repainting and quoted around ₹5500. There’s no dent, and most scratches don’t seem very deep except maybe one lower line.

Do you guys think:
- this can be improved significantly with machine polishing/paint correction?
- repainting is actually necessary?
- insurance claim is worth it for this kind of damage ( i also have other minor scratches on bumper)?

Would really appreciate suggestions from people experienced with detailing or Hyundai paint.
