I didn’t hear any clicks while pushing the connector in, so a bit paranoid here. I’ve already pushed it in as much as I can and at this point it won’t go any further without breaking something.

What’s worrying me is that the side parts of the connector don’t seem to have gone fully in. I can still see a bit of gap on the sides. The middle section looks okay to me, but I’m not sure if those side gaps are normal or if the cable still isn’t fully seated.

Also yeah, before anyone mentions it, the PC is definitely due for a cleanup 😅 There’s some dust buildup here and there and I’ll be cleaning it soon.
