Hiring Marketing Manager for Influencer Agency Specialized in Instagram Growth
Hi everyone,
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our influencer marketing agency, specialized in Instagram growth, content strategy, and creator brand development.
The role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram deeply and knows how to turn content into measurable growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Research viral Instagram Reels and competitor content
- Build content strategies for creators and personal brands
- Analyze hooks, retention, captions, and visual formats
- Write or improve content briefs and scripts
- Track performance and suggest data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with creators, editors, and AI/content teams
- Help creators improve their content quality and consistency
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, trends, and creator growth
- Understands what makes content perform
- Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Can think strategically but also execute tasks quickly
- Has experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content strategy
- Speaks fluent English
Experience with TikTok, analytics tools, Notion/Airtable, AI content workflows, or creator management is a plus.
This is a remote position with long-term potential.
