RDR 2 was a game that nailed almost every single aspect of art design you can think of.

It's not just the graphics. But the insane library of animations, incredible sound design, hundreds upon hundreds of tiny details.

Even the games coming out today struggle to match up to it in many regards.

There are so many tiny details that YouTubers spent years making compilation videos showcasing them.

And rockstar has been patenting some insane techniques that will make the most living breathing virtual world that has ever been made.

Now, with a team three times as big as the one that worked on RDR 2, with even more years of development.

And significantly better software and hardware tools (the ps5 is ridiculously more powerful than a PS4).

This is gonna be the most mind-blowing entertainment product ever made.

It's going to be like you're playing the greatest CGI movie you've ever seen. But filled with hundreds of hours of content that you can make.

And that's not even saying anything about the characters, story and gameplay.

Considering how the game looks pretty much a high quality CGI movie, and the fact that they're really amping up all the little physics and details that rockstar loves to put.

I think it's going to look phenomenal being inside the car in first person as it sinks into their new, refined water physics.

It would basically feel like a tense action scene.

I personally hope they make a little mini game to escape that situation. Like maybe having to kick the windshield to break out and escape.

Chinatown wars had done this years ago. And that was a feature that was beloved by most of the players.

I wouldn't be shocked to see them being this back. Especially since they're trying to make the most immersive game they've ever made.
