Help with Japan Post
I hope this is the right place to post this. In April, I spent 12 days in Japan. At the end of my trip, I sent a package to my friends in Armenia from Kyoto. I used Japan Post. The postal staff accepted the package and listed its contents, but for some unknown reason, the package was delayed in Osaka, and then the status changed to "Returned to sender." The package is now in Toyama, but I can't pick it up because I left Japan. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? I called the technical support hotline, but the automated system said the number is no longer in service.
