My wife got terribly ill right before we were informed about the Cheese recall. When we got the notification earlier this month we reported it and they sent me an "Oh?! please fill out this form." We did, and we have yet to hear anything back, I've emailed them several times for follow up but am being ignored. Maybe they will respond here?
