Question about terms in contract

I've had a bi-monthly agreement for a local pest service starting in May of 25 to April of 26.

The contract verbiage that effects me/my question is:

After the initial agreement period, services will

continue at their regular frequency until canceled with a 30 day written notice. If notice to stop service is received by TriGuard Pest Control, LLC less than 30 days prior to the next service

date, your regular service charge will apply. If you cancel service prior to a scheduled quarterly appointment, there may be a $75 fee applied for removal of the bait boxes.

I emailed them right after our appointment last month stating this would be a 30 day notice of cancelation.

Should I be charged for bait box removal? I had no scheduled upcoming appointments as my contract was expired.

The contract is pretty short and what I included is the only part about cancelation / fees

This Vrabel-Russini controversy is being kept alive by nothing but everyone's hatred for the Pats

At the risk of being obvious, title.

It's wild the lack of self-awareness of the people on these NFL subreddits who are up-in-arms and circle-jerking each other's moral self-righteousness over this story. Yet they casually turn a blind eye to their star player who's committed far worse.

Seeing so many stupid posts of interview clips where Vrabel tells a funny story and Russini laughs and everyone in the comments ripping into it. Yeah two adults had an affair, who fucking gives a shit?

I wouldn't care if this were the head coach of the Bills. It's none of my business and I'm tired of hearing about it. But because it's the Patriots, it's being used as a vehicle for people to channel their Pats hate.

I'm torn, it was definitely one of the funniest moments in the revival for me, and I get that this is EXACTLY what they would do irl but it felt a little mean spirited accounting on how the actor, Daniel Von Bargen's life/career played out after MiTM.

Also, this is the only pic I could find of the scene
