Jusr finished a forced patina. Thoughts?

I already had a mild patina on my old no. 6, but I had an orange that was a few days past it’s prime. When life gives you oranges, you force a patina. What do you think? Did I leave it in too long, or not long enough?

8 years, still a champ

I’ve had this little guy for around 8 years. It was my second Opinel, I wanted something a bit smaller than the no 8. It’s really the perfect size. I broke the tip off around 5 years ago, but it’s still very usable. It also sharpens beautifully. You really can’t beat Opinel when it comes to value for your dollar.
