Not exactly a meal question but how does everyone maintain their energy if they are trying to lose weight , workout and be in calorie deficit.

I have a 1 year old and 5 year old. I’m barely able to keep up the energy to do things and want on binge on carbs to stop the energy drops if I unable to take a cat nap. I don’t drink coffee if it matters( caffeine intolerance as I get jitters and or end but with insomnia)
