Help - There’s some lines running behind my 6ft privacy fence. No problem when the fence was built.

In the past 2-3 years multiple large trees are leaning towards my fence. One was resting on my fence and I had to cut it.

The trees are being weakened/killed by Oncor spraying herbacide. I know because I ran into the Oncor guys while out walking my dogs. They said the were told to spray but were calling back to their management to ask about the trees.

I’m sure it’s happened several times since then. The whole row of Ash and oak trees are leaned towards my fence/property. I called Oncor and the said I had to wait until the tree fell on my fence to get help. Any ideas?
