Just inherited a property but needs to be updated
i have about 3m of my own but i did a quotation and the total came to about 13m, I'm asking where can i get a LOAN WITHOUT collateral but the money is to be paid back immediately tenants move in
the tenants were told to leave by the previous owners for renovation.
point me in the right direction and whether it's possible or not
