I saw that the Jersey Mike's near the Navy Base on Hampton Blvd. is permanently closed. Does anyone know why? I thought it did decent business with the base nearby.
The Food Lion near the Norfolk Naval Base on Hampton Blvd., is not doing so well. Bare shelves, items not being stocked or reordered for two months, as well as items not being carried anymore. The store has become dirty and unclean. The store has become very understaffed (don't know if people quit or got laid off), in that only one register is open and there is 12 people in line everytime I go in (no self checkouts at this location). Is this a sign that this location maybe closing in the near future? Just wondering.
